Why does Anchor exist?
As we live daily in our community, we prayerfully look for opportunities to serve the needs of our neighbors and share with those we encounter the Gospel of Jesus Christ in love. Through God’s Word, we will make disciples of those who believe, growing together in Christ-likeness. As disciples, we will impact our local community and the world, as some will go out from here.
God’s truth never changes, but the methods we use to fulfill this mission can. God’s purposes are not achieved in us being as comfortable as possible, but in becoming “all things to all men” that we might reach some for the Lord. All of this we do in order to glorify Jesus Christ.
